Classical theatre as a space to be traversed, not preserved. This essay presents Memory and Performance 2022-2024, a three-year international project born from the collaboration with director Marco Martinelli (Albe/Ravenna Teatro), whose vision shaped a path intertwining participatory pedagogy, performative practice, and academic research. By reactivating Aristophanes’ Plutus, Lysistrata, and Peace, the project gave rise to a transnational and transdisciplinary community, restoring to the chorus its poetic, political, and transformative power.
